Forest and Sea and the Place Between INSPIRATION

Articulation then travelled to the west coast of Vancouver Island on our 2017 Study Session, to Tofino. Lots more inspiration there!

On Day 1:

Mudflats from the Tofino Botanical Garden - tide out...
 tide in...
lunch time in the Garden's lovely restaurant

Then off to one of the many beaches.
Mandy exploring.
Beach walking and its accompanying activities.
Kelp and pebbles/shells and sand and barnacles...

We then returned to the beach later for the sunset and it's changing colours.

Moorea 5

My goal is to be on the beach to watch the sun set into the Pacific Ocean each night. So far, so good. Although some have been off the ferry travelling from a day in Tahiti back to our base in Moorea.

We had cloudy nights when we first arrived (good for a slow introduction in the daylight hours for our tender northern hides for the first couple of days) but you need some clouds around to give the sunset more contrast - see what I mean here...
